However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number. We cannot accept any returns without a return authorization number.
Once a return is authorized, if the product is defective, we will reply to you with instructions for how to proceed with your return and refund. Please return the authorized order in its original form and packaging. The return must be received within 14 days from the day the return authorization is issued. The right is reserved to reject returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
In most cases once the product is received and inspected for being returned as was shipped the return portion is completed and a full refund will be issued to your account as soon as possible.
